This blog is about my wonderful daughter, longed for and dreamed of. Anulka is 4 years old and suffers from Osteogenesis Imperfecta. Despite the disease she is our greatest treasure and happiness. Living with a disabled child is not a torment or misfortune. It is full of love and happiness. The disease is not punishment, but a test of love and humanity.
The blog is also about me, Ania’s mother  about a disabled woman’s difficult life. About my joys and sorrows.

Anna is almost 5 years old. She is a cheerful, sweet, little girl.
Unfortunately, can’t fully enjoy a carefree childhood.
Anna suffers from Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a genetic disorder.
With treatment at Johns Hopkins Hospital in USA she will have a great chance to walk on her own and thus a great chance for independence when she’s an adult.
The treatment will cost 240 000 Polish zloty.
Do buy my Indian-style hand-made earrings in order to donate towards the costs of Anna’s treatment.
Each donor will receive a unique pair of earrings made especially for them.
The cost of one pair is 50$ or 40 eruos; I will cover all shipping costs.

First PAM

 

A week ago Nulka got her first PAM infusion.

We spent  two days in hospital in Poznan. Everything went well.

Nulka was a little feverish for two days. Now is ok.

 

 

Summer is over

This summer Annie was at the sea side.

She was swimming,

We all had a wonderfull time.
